These were pretty terrible for me - the primary issue was that the pouch is just way too small and restrictive for me post-phalloplasty.

Fabric: The fabric is 90% nylon, 10% spandex, and it’s a really comfortable blend. They market these as more of an athletic line, and they seemed to do really well with sweat. If they fit well, I can see this being a good pair of underwear for the gym. A
Waistband: The waistband is not as thick as I usually like - I find that the thicker waistbands (as in, top to bottom thickness not fabric thickness) create fewer problems with the waistband cutting in and being uncomfortable/creating a “muffin top” appearance. The waistband is not especially flexible/stretchy, and did cut in to create a less desirable appearance. D
Ride up: These really didn’t ride up much, and when they did it wasn’t very uncomfortable due to the fabric and thickness. B+
Pouch: The pouch was terrible for me. It felt very constricting, and my penis was totally squashed inside of them. It tended to force my penis into an unintentional tucked position, where it was curving down under my balls and pointing backwards. I tried re-positioning a fair bit (I’m really not a fan of pointing up/to the side, but I gave it a try) and I couldn’t find any position that was comfortable. F
Aesthetics: They’re a pretty nice-looking pair of underwear. I like the defined stitching around the pouch and down the sides. A-
Cost: The Calvin Klein website lists them at $26, but I got a two-pack from a CK outlet store for around $14. $26 is way too much for one of these, but CK is often on sale/clearance somewhere, so I rarely pay more than 50% of their list price, and often less. With this in mind, I give it a good grade for cost. A-
Other Notes: They have a 4.5 inch inseam, which I think is a great length. I like to go a bit shorter than the common 6 inch boxer brief, but a 3 inch trunk can feel a bit short for me, so I love the in-between length they have here. I often wish I could get my underwear in a length in between the boxer brief and trunk length, so this is great.
