This is a post-phalloplasty review of my current favorites. I had bought a pair of these before phalloplasty, and they were terrible packing underwear. See my packing review for more on that. But post-phalloplasty, they are the best!

Fabric: The fabric on these is excellent. It’s 90% modal, 10% elastane and the result is a super soft and flexible, yet strong and somewhat supportive underwear. I find it stretches easily enough to adjust to my shape, but has enough strength to support everything in a comfortable anatomic position. It’s pretty thin, which may be a turn-off to some, but sometimes I like to wear underwear that I don’t even notice during the day, and these are them. I have one older pair that have a bit of pilling, but they have held up much better than I expected, given the light and thin fabric. A+
Waistband: The waistband on these is great. Not too tight and very flexible so it doesn’t cut in. Never rolls or folds and has a smooth, almost silky, feel to it. I like to wear my waistband a bit lower in the front to give my package some extra space, and these are great for that because the waistband is really flexible, but not loose, and stays in position. A
Ride up: These do ride up a bit, but the material is so thin and soft that I hardly even notice. A
Pouch: The pouch on these is excellent. Because of the fabric, it ends up being a much more anatomical pouch than Calvin Klein tends to have on their other styles. It holds everything in place without squishing. These won’t be great for any kind of vigorous exercise, but for daily wear, this pouch is the most comfortable I’ve tried. A
Aesthetics: These look pretty good. They’re cut a bit higher than most of my underwear (more of a mid-rise than a low-rise) which gives them a slightly more old-fashioned look. Aside from the rise being a bit high for me, I think they’re very flattering (they definitely make my junk look great). A-
Cost: The Calvin Klein website lists these at $28 which is pretty high. I’ve been buying them on sale at places like Macy’s for around $13. At that price point, they’re not cheap, but not bad compared to other underwear of similar quality. A-
Other Notes: They seem to ship really fast, which is nice, and they offer free return shipping. It’s not particularly important, but I like the sleek packaging the underwear comes in - it’s definitely a brand that has tried to make every aspect of the experience aesthetically pleasing (the website as well).
